This ski hotel is located off Roughlock ski run, which leads down to the Bachelor Gulch Express Lift and the Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch Hotel. The centre of Beaver Creek is around 15 km away, while restaurants and shops can be found about 8.5 km away. Beaver Creek ski resort is around 5 minutes' drive and Vail ski resort is roughly 20 minutes' drive away. Both the Keystone and Breckenridge ski resorts are approximately 1 hour's drive from the hotel. The ski hotel is a ski-in/ski-out condominium with a total of 40 rooms.
