This cottage by the lake Nuasjärvi (20 m) was completed in 2007. Floor area 62 m². Combined living room & kitchen with bed for one, one bedroom with twin bed (can be separated), sauna (electric heating), washroom, toilet. Library, Internet connection, beach and own boat, two bicycle. Kajaani 35 km, Sotkamo 7 km. Vuokatti ski slope 800 m, cross country track goes on ice. Own beach 20 m. Pets allowed at extra price. 30 €/pet. Note! No electric oven. This holiday home is especially recommended for couples and newlyweds. Possibility for an extra bed 35 €/night (sofa bed in the living room, incl. bed linen) (when making the reservation in internet. Please choose amount of extra beds according to the duration of the reservation, for example 3 x extra bed for 3 night's reservation). Cleaning and bed linen are included in price. Check in at 4 pm on arrival day and check out at 12 am on departure day, also in case of a weekend stay.
